Lucy-Kate
Our instructor, Lucy-Kate has been studying pole dancing and pole
fitness for 8 years.
1 year taught through group lessons and 7 years self taught.
Making friends from all over the UK and Poland she used their knowledge and her own to learn some of the easiest to the most advanced moves within the pole industry.

Qualifying with the PolePeople in June 2010 as a pole dance/fitness instructor. Polepeople are in association with premier training, the UK's leading personal training provider.
Lucy-Kate decided to qualify so she could share her passion for the arts with others.
Registered and insured through the Register of Exercise Professionals means she is recognised for qualification and insurance.
Lucy-Kate currently dances on a floor to ceiling X-pole x-pert 45mm titanium gold pole in her home in the Midlands.The x-pert pole is considered the ultimate world class pole. Bottom loading, spinning, wide upper dome and feature x-joints. X-pole are the world leaders in pole technology.
She teaches on the recently released x-stages. These are free standing poles involving no fixtures or fittings.
Having poles in bases means Lucy-Kate is very flexible with her teaching as she can travel with poles and equipment.
